I was bathing my 7 month old grandson and he bumped his face and made a litle cut   on the corner by his right eye and it started to bleed i put ice on it there was no swelling but it is still red is this normal been 2 full days

Yes this can be normal. You can apply a little Neosporin or antibiotic ointment to the cut to cut down on any risk of infection as it will take a few days for the area to completely heal, just make sure that he is not touching the area and keep it clean and dirtfree. If there was no swelling then it is a minor cut that should heal just fine without further treatment.
