Sinusitis or something more deviant?

I had my turbinates removed 10 months ago. About two weeks ago I noticed something like a pimple in my right nostril. It was painful and wouldn't go away. Then I got what I think is a cold. Now my lymph node under my chin is huge and painful and my maxillary sinus is so enlarged my face hurts. I did have mucous drainage from my cold. Now the right side of my nose, ALL of my nose, is swollen and painful. This extends up to the bridge of the nose and laterally under my eye. I've never had this condition before. Is this something I should get immediate treatment for or allow it to take it's course? Is it possible to have a blocked sinus that swells up in your face and even makes your nostril swell and hurt? Thank you!
