The yellow smelly fluid is an indication of an infection. Since you have been putting peroxide and a bandaid over it and there does not seem to be any improvement, I think that it warrants futher evaluation by your plastic surgeon.
Make sure that you take your temperature. If you are running a temp of 99 or higher, than there is a potential that the infection is worsening and may need special antibiotics to take care of it.
I wouldn't wait.....make an appt with your surgeon and let his nurse that you have an infection and need to be seen. You don't want this to turn into an abcess. The doctor may have to take that suture out and clean out the incisional area really well and place you on the antibiotics.
