my toddler has a puss buble that just appeared on his scrotum. i call his phtsician and am waiting to hear a call back to brong him down any suggestions on what it could be so i can ask her? XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX

it is inflammed but not red, its like a big puss bubble, his temp is 98.8

This could be an infected hair follicle or just a simple bug bite. I would apply a warm, wet, cloth to the area several times a day to relieve any inflammation. Make sure you watch the area for signs of redness or spreading redness as this might indicate an infection that may need to be treated with antibiotics.
