I have had a MRSA infection for the last 10 ...

I have had a MRSA infection for the last 10 months. I have taken Dicloxacillin, 500mg;
Sulameth/trinethoprim, 500/160 tablets; Rocephin 1gm (250mg*4; 400mg Telithromycin; Erythromycin, 333mg EC tablets; 2 shots a day for 6 days of Clindamicin.

Even after all of these medicines, the sores keep coming back. What can I do next?
