I have had a constant headache and nausea for 2 1/2 months . I have not had an injury to the head in four years. In June of 2002, while I was doing finish carpentry, a two foot bar clamp fell from eight feet up and hit me on the top of the head while I was kneeling. I did suffer a concusion and an inch and a half laceration with quite a bit of blood loss. Since that time I have had upper right side chest pain and now it has gone to the left side of the chest. These pains appear to be near the third rib area and are quite excruciating. MRI's, CAT Scans, and X-rays have not shown any disc damage that could have caused this pain in the chest. I do have a buldging disc at T6-7 and a herniated disc at T11. C4-7 have a number of things but are on the left side. My pain for four years has been all right sided. Now my pain is shifting to include the left alone or at the same time as the right. The headaches are also occurring now. The headaches are over the top of the eyes, down behind the ears an travel into the neck and shoulders. I have had X-rays which determined that there was no sinus blockage, infection or drainage. Can you help me? I have been suffering for four years and with the excruciating headaches it just seems to be to much to deal with anymore.
