I received my cbc report and under the hematology ...

I received my cbc report and under the hematology section the test mono was 0.6 with an H beside it The reference range is 0.11-0.59. What does this mean since I fell below the range?

You actually fell just ABOVE the normal range. That's what the "H" indicates...."HIGH"

You are only slightly above the normal range. Many labs have different reference ranges that vary a little bit, and your count of 0.6 is nothing to worry about.

"mono" refers to Monocytes which are a type of white blood cell. Usually when their counts are elevated significantly, it can indicate some type of infection such as mononucleosis, mumps, measles....You don't have any need for concern as your level is really not significantly high.
