I had a baby via c-section almost 3 months ago, I have also been on birth control for about a month. During that month I have spotted a couple times, and have had some lower abdominal cramps accompanied with nausea. I have taken my temperature a couple times and I dont seem to have a fever. Could I have developed an infection even though its been 3 months since the c-section? Could it be something else? Thanks!
