swollen labia, from open cut

there is an open cut on my labia and it is swollen and im getting very sick, i dont know if its because of that or not

You should not use vaseline in the vaginal area because it can trap bacteria and make the infection worse. If you have an open cut that is swelling and you are not feeling well it sounds like an infection. You need to carefully clean it and put an antibiotic ointment like neosporin on it, then call your doctor. Something in such a sensitive area needs to be checked out by a professional to make sure it receives proper care. Good luck!!
