I have just recently aquired sores on my upper body ...

I have just recently aquired sores on my upper body (specifically my chest) that look like someone stamped a cigarette out on my skin over and over. They are red and blisterlike. Help!

Red sores on face and chest. Seems to be like impetigo. Red around edges and white blister-like in the middle and itchy.
