Possible West Nile ?

I was restless and sweaty all night. Today I feel like I have flu symptoms, muscle achs and joint pain and no energy. Sweaty every few minutes but no fever. I work outside all day every day and have been bitten several times the last couple of weeks even though I am wearing deet several coats a day. Is it west nile or something else?
