I have a 15 year old daughter about 3 months ago she started getting brown spots up and down her back and now up her neck and onto her face. We thought maybe she was having an allergic reaction to the soap we were using so she stopped using that the brown spots went away but then they turned red and now they are white spots what should we do or how can we take care of this problem thank you for your help?
