Hey thanks for taking your time... Well I actually have a few problems. Im a male 25 turning 26 and I see myself as being pretty healthy. Although I have been drinking about 4 or more beers a day for about half a year now. I have not reciently seen a doctor but the last time I have checked I had no positive test results of diseases. I have now moved and have no medical insurance so havent seen a doctor for about half a year.

Have seen a doctor for but want a second opinion

1. I have had a discomfort in my right testical for about 3yrs now. I have asked my doctor to look at it and he keeps telling me its nothing. I do masterbate quite a bit and have had rough sex in the past. So would that be affecting the discomfort?

2. When I am sexual active, I am fine until I have to put a condom on. Once I put a condom on I cannot stay flacid. What would the reason be?

What I havent discussed with a doctor.

1. I have an itchy discomfort around my testical area. It also itches around my anal area. I dont believe its any sexual disease. This problem has been bothering me for about a yr and a half now. I have tryed lotion and neosporn but it just gets really itchy sometimes. I have been scratching it a lot and have been starting to damage my skin. My skin feels dry and starting to get a little scared. What is the cause and what should I do?

2. Right by my anal cavity there is a small bump. I sometimes break out around my bottom and I thought it was a pimple but it never went away. It feels solid when I pinch at it but does not hurt. What would it be?

3. Also my skin around the head of my penis gets dry when I am flacid. It sometimes gets a dry flake skin look too it. What should I do?

I am so imberassed about my symptoms and I dont know who to turn too. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts and concerns on this matter. Thanks for your time.
