my fathers hand is swollen and hot ,sensentive to the touch (48hrs) right hand no sight of bite or infection the pharm. recom. benadral/hydrocort creme he is 82yrs with type 1 diabet./high bp and open heart surg last year should we admit to hosp. emer. or wait for doct.?
