By what you are describing it seems that you are having either torsion of testes or epdidymitis.
Torsion of testes occurs in young adults and presents as painful testicle and some radiating pain abdomen.
On the other hand epididymitis is inflammation or infection of the epididymis that is usually caused by a bacterial infection. The epididymis is a firm tube that lies on the back surface of a man’s testicle. This also a very painful condition.
The treatment of both the conditions is very different. Tortion requires surgery and epididymitis requires intensive antibiotic therapy. Both the conditions should be treated as soon as possible. If untreated torsion can lead to permanent damage of the testes.
I would advise you to consult your doctor immediately or go to ER without delay.
