I am 23 years old and sometime I have a problem with slight burning sensation when urinating. Also I have a problem with keeping an erection during intercourse. Sometime I lose the erection easily during intercourse. Also I have a problem with slight leaking after urinating. what could be the problem?

Hi,

Thanks for asking your question on Just Answer. I would encourage you to see your physician for a urinalysis. The burning during urination is a classic sign of a urinary tract infection or inflammation. If left untreated, an infection can ascend up from the bladder to the kidneys and cause more serious kidney problems. The leaking after urinating can be because of the same issue. As far as not maintaining an erection, this may be an unrelated problem.

Again, I would definitely start with a urinalysis - it may reveal quite a bit.
