Dear glomrob,

Can you tell me your symptoms or check the spelling.

I am not familiar with a rectal, however I am familiar with rectal abscess. Such an abscess most commonly occur because of ingrowing hairs and sebaceous fluids. A low level infection usually results with an inflammation and accumulation of pus.
