As far as the orange stools: Some of the possibilities may include problems with your Liver, Gall bladder, Ulcers, Bile Duct.. Some foods, medications, vitamins, antacids could trigger a change in your stool too. It could be going through the large intestine too fast to be changed in color. Consider checking some baseline liver tests to evaluate proper liver function.

As far as the pain location: most often suggests a problem in the lower colon, where food waste is expelled. Possible causes include inflammatory bowel disease or an infection in the colon known as diverticulitis.

  • Crohn's disease
  • Diverticulitis
  • I would follow up with a Gastroenterologist at this point, due to the pain location and change in stool.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don't forget to click the *ACCEPT* button and leave *POSITIVE* feedback.
