Could I be pregnant? I have a regular 28 day cycle and on one other occasion, I started my period on day 29. I ovulated on day 17th. I am on day 20 and no period. THe pregnancy test I took today was negative. I had a bad headache on day 27 so I thought it was because I was going to start. I have had cramping really low in my stomach and when I go urinated there is a while cloudiness as I urinated. Those are my only symptoms so I"m not sure if I should call the doctor for a medical reason or wait to see if I start. What do you think, could I be pregnant or is this a urinary thing possibly. By the way, we are trying to get pregnant so we did have sex on fertile days, plus some.

Cloudy urine would be a sign of some type of urinary infection going on, so you will need to see your doctor to be tested. The cramping could also be due to an infection. Testing for pregnancy on day 20 of your cycle would be way to early to test. The best time to test is at least two weeks after a missed period, and a blood test done by your doctor is the most accurate way of testing. Two weeks gives the body enough time to produce an adequate amount of pregnancy hormone, that a test detects.

I agree with Annie. Going to the doctor will rule out an infection and pregnancy.
