A green bowel movement means either that you have an intestinal infection or that there is excessive bile in your stool.
Since you are in the later stages of pregnancy, it is possible that you have an increased secretion of bile - this is common in pregnancy, especially in later pregnancy. The natural colour of bile is green and it turns brown only when it has been in the intestines for some time. When there is excessive secretion of bile, some of it fails to turn brown and the stool an have a greenish colour.
