Hello,

Since you had bleeding that was less than normal for you, I believe that you should take a pregnancy test 10 days after your period (that is, 20th ). If it is negative, then you please take a blood test for pregnancy. If that is negative, you will need to be examined for other causes responsible for your symptoms.

A gastro-intestinal infection can cause nausea, abdominal and backache, but chances of increasing your sensitivity to certain smells are less.

If you are not pregnant, it is unlikely that a single cause can be responsible for all your symptoms.

I hope this helps.
