I have a redish brownish (more red though) creamy discharge that isnt heavy but its like spotting. I also have some discomfort down around my vaginal area. Could this be serious?

its happened on and off for the past month i think. Its not much. I cant smell so i dont know if it smells. And im on the pill, Seasonale so i dont have a regular period. I have some spotting here and there, but nothing like this i don't think. Its not constant either, it comes and then it stops. But it is creamy

I had a leep procedure done a few months back and i havent gone back for a follow up due to no insurance at the moment.
