I have a lymph node I can feel in my groin and do not have any issues except an occasionl hemroid that last being in late June. The lymph node does not hurt and is the size of a peanut. Should I be concerned.

Hi,

It can be due to an infection on the lower extremitiy. If no infection found a biopsy needs to be taken from the lymphnode to rule out malignancy.
