Hello,

Burning sensation in any part of the body usually means that the nerve supplying that part of the body is being stimulated - it is either being compressed or pinched or being irritated by some sort of viral infection or is affected by a deficiency of nutrients like Vitamin B and Zinc. Certain diseases like diabetes can also affect the nerves and cause burning sensation.

In your case, I suspect that you are probably suffering from a viral infection, since the burning sensation is all over your body and your muscles and joints hurt. Most viral infections decrease spontaneously in about 7 days time. But, it will be better to consult a doctor as you are suffering from pain all over the body.

I hope this helps.
