A low TSH is suggestive of hyperthyroidism ("overactive thyroid") Additional tests should be done to further evaluate your thyroid.
The MCHC is the concentration of hemoglobin in your blood cells - it is borderline low, and assuming that all your other levels (Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV are normal - there really isn't anything to worry about) - It may be a good idea to take a multivitamin with iron daily since many women have borderline intake of iron.
The percentage of neutrophils and lymphocytes has very little significance. These can vary greatly depending if you had a mild viral infection at the time your lymphocytes would get higher relative to your neutrophils.
Basically, of these tests - the TSH is the only one that is really significant - and it suggests the need for additional testing of the thyroid and possibly the need for some treatment.
