He says they dont hurt, there is no puss. not like an open sore.... But, He haddnt had sex in over a year...till me. starting 5 months ago... He is very healthy and a very very clean person.... could i have given Him something to make His penis do this...??? if so what is it???   there has been times in the past, where i have had unprotected sex..   please help... neither of us wish for my husband to find out.

Hi

Thankyou for your question.

It is most likely to be a fungal infection - there are other possibilities but this is most likely.

He should apply clotrimazole or miconazoel ceam generously twice per day ( ideally with hydrocortisone 1% too) - if no improvement he will need examined by his Dr.

The symptoms you describe are not those of a sexually acquired disorder.

Hope this helps.
