This could be what's called overflow incontinence, which is either caused by a partial obstruction, or a bladder that is less active than normal. It cannot empty properly and so becomes distended, or swells. Eventually this distention stretches the internal sphincter until it opens partially and leakage occurs. It could also just be due an infection that could be starting- dribbling can occur due to a urinary tract infection. Please see your doctor for an exam and testing.
