I had blood in in my discharge when I went to the restroom

It wasn't in my urine or my bow movement, but when I did urinate there was discharge on the toilet paper that had a red coloring like blood

If it was not in your urine or bowel movement this could be just a case of spotting due to a hormonal change and if you are not having any pain and it was just once then it may not be a problem but if this continues it could relate to a kidney infection if it is in the urine or a colon or hemmoroid problem if it is in the bowel movement. Hormonal changes can be caused by stress, weight loss or gain, certain medications, and in some cases infections such as a pelvic inflammatory infection. Right now I would recommend monitoring your urine and bowel movements and watch for any changes in your cycle that may signify it is more than due to a hormonal change.
