Inflamed area on buttocks

What is the problem if I have a small circular group, of small blisters, in the middle of a red area, the size of a silver dollar on my right buttock lower cheek. It hurts like a boil or a big pimple.

Since when have you had the blisters? Have you had unprotected sex in the last month? Do you have blisters anywhere else on the body? Do they itch?
