Hi,
The causes of a sore labia minora can be various. Without examining you first hand I would say the either you are having an infection or this is an allergic reaction. If you have changed you bathing soap, use and perfumes in the pubic area, do any douching or wear non cotton undergarments, then might be an allergic reaction. i would advise you to wear cotton undergarments, don't do any douching or apply perfumes, donot scrub the area with soap, only clean with water, apply hot compmresses to the painful area. If still the soreness persists then it is most probably an infection. For that you will need to consult your doctor for a complete examination and a prescription antibiotic.
