My patient is a sickler and he has venous ulcers bilaterally to the lower extremities, the doctor had ordered wet to dry dressings, He used this method for about 1 week, but now the wound is all macerated and starting to develop a mild odor, also the wound is non healing, no granulation tissues noted, I've started using silverdene, is this a good choice or could you give some suggestions
