Do I have an infection?

I just recently had an abortion, my second one. My whole body has been going numb to where it feels like i am floating when i walk. My mind is not in the right place and im running a low fever. I have no appetite and my stomache has been feeling weak. I was having weird shooting pains in my croch that lasted for a little under 2 days and sometimes when i pee it burns.
