I am having pain between my testicles and anus. It hurts when I have a bowel movement and when I cough. Can you tell me what is going on?

Reply to Dr Anil Munjal's Post: the duration is short. it feels like it's in my anus. not outside. no fungal. sharp pain when i cough, and immediately after a bowel movement. feels like some intense pain in one spot in my anus.

Painful spot in anus could be a small ulcer or an early haemorroid.
