Bad tap water? Intestine blockage?

lower right side pain (appendix area) centered pain, diarrhea for months, no constipation, no fever, stool sample was negative for blood, white blood cells normal, no appendicitis, abdominal distention (naval area), strong pulse in stomach, acid reflux, undigested food in stool (possibly from all the antacids), main concern is dull ache in right side (very low right side)
