Hello,

The blood in the urine can come from any condition that results in infection, inflammation, or injury to the urinary system. From your history the possibility of infection is there. In men, urethritis often is the result of bacteria acquired through sexual contact. The majority of such infections are caused by gonorrhea and chlamydia

Click here to read about possible causes

You need to consult a urologist and undergo Urine examination and Pelvic ultrasound to further evaluate the cause.

Hello,

From history i mean (the event of condom broke) can be a source of some urinary Tract infection. At least you should get a Urine examination done to look for any Pus cells.

Ultrasound KUB= Ultrasound Kidney and Urinary Bladder.

Pus cells and bacteria should be absent in urine. Their presence always indicates infection

I recommended a Kidney and Urinary Bladder Ultrasound to rule out other causes of Blood in urine like stones in Kidney or bladder.

Also ultrasound can look at the condition of prostate.Prostate enlargement can also be a cause of blood in urine.

I advised these test to shortlist the possible causes.
