what is the bumps on my legs and how can i cure them

i have pimple like bumps one my right leg and they are red but do not itch much then they turn into sores with scabs. what could be causing this or what is it?

the bumps are on my shen, knee and upper leg, but not near the vagina. i experienced one bump about 3 weeks ago. it looked a spider bite then a week later i had another and since then they have multiplied. they begin as little red bumps and they turn into sores with scabs and as time goes by the scabs enlarge.
