I have a bumpy red rash what is it?

I got a bumpy red rash about a week ago. I'm not sure how I got it. It is about 3x1 inches and has bumps about a dime in width sticking out. It was in one spot but now i see that a little of the same rash is on my back. I have had this for one week now and is not healing.

Reply to haloprecious's Post: The rash does itch but I dont rub it. It is located on the side of my stomach and has spread a little to my back.

On the bumps they are red and in the center of them is a darker red spot. Please help quickly!
