Should I be concerned that my bacterial vaginitis infection was misdiagnosed since I am still having a discharge or does this more than likely mean I need different medication. My concern is because I am experiencing off and on low back and lower abdominal pressure. I am urinating fine, so I do not think it is a UTI.
