This is a long shot but it might be worth a try.
Have you eaten any yogurt lately? If so, then disregard this. If not, then read on.
Something in your intestinal tract is out of whack. It may be a bacterial infection of some type. This is not so unusual as there are hundreds of bacteria in the intestines.
Many health food specialists recommend eating one to two cups of yogurt daily. When I say yogurt here, I am refering to PLAIN yogurt, NOT the kind that already has fruit in it. (The kind with fruit already added is LOADED with sugar.) This plain yogurt should have a little label on it saying something like "Made with live active cultures." What this is talking about is that it contains two strains of bacteria that live in your intestine and destroy other harmful baceria. These two strains of bacteria that yogurt contains are called L. bulgaricus and S. thermophilus.I suggest eating a cup or two a day for a week. This should be enough yogurt and time to restore the bacterial balance to your intestine. Personally, I find plain yogurt, and a fresh or frozen fruit such as blueberries or bananas that I add to give it a better taste, a very good breakfast. If you really want to give your intestine a makeover, perhaps you might zero in on a branch called Stoney Farms. In addition to the two previous bacteria mentioned, Stoney Farms also includes Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacteria (Bifidus), Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus reuteri. The first two bacteria are required of manufacturers of yogurt by law. The ones Stoney Farms adds are for further health aids.
