Why do i have swelling near my urine hole?

For the past six days i have had swelling in and around the area of the pee hole of my penius. Also a slight burning sensation after i urinate not during. When i do urinate the stream is broken in three or four directions. The tip near the hole is very sencetive and is uncomfortable to shake after urnating. On the first night i noticed the swelling, my urine was very cloudy....I did have unprotective sex the night before all of these symptoms started to arise, but the second party is clean. I have had gonerria before, but there is no milky discharge and the swelling is not as bad as when i had gonerria.

Hello,

The possibilities are urinary tract infection and STD. Since you've had this nearly a week already, you already know it isn't going to get any better on its own. You need to see a doctor for an antibiotic ASAP before it gets any worse. Please see someone tomorrow.
