a paperclip stuck me in my chest while i was sleeping i went to clinic the next day they said it had set up infection and gave me some antibyotics but now there's a not in my chest and it hurts could you tell me whats wrong.

thats what the doctor said cellulitis but there is a not in my chest like i stated before and its on the same side of his heart and he says it hurts so what do you recommend
