i believe i have parasites on my skin especialy my ...

i believe i have parasites on my skin especialy my face
what can i do cure this problem
i feel them crawling on my face and body. i have seen them, they look like small grains of pepper or small scratches on my arms. i have tried tree oil, lotions and even medicated soaps. they dont seem to work. they look like dermodex but im not sure.

Hello,
The parasitic infestations which occur on skin are-
  • scabies
  • body lice or crabs
Body lice or crabs cause rashes to appear on skin which are itchy and are sometimes visible to the naked eye.

Scabies is caused by mite and this is manifested as small bumps itchy in the groin area, lower back and buttocks and webs of fingers. This cause intense itching which worsens at night.

I'd suggest you to visit a physician or dermatologist at the earliest. An examination should help in detection of the kind of infection.
Though permethrin application is done for both cases, number of applications can vary with severity. In addition you may prescribed antihistamines (to deal with itching)You may need antibiotics if there is secondary infection too.

The room with all the articles would also need decontamination too prevent reinfection.
