i had a viurs in which i was trowing up ,cold , hot for ...

i had a viurs in which i was trowing up ,cold , hot for about 3to4 days.i think i also had a urine infection cause my urine was strong and freqent. proably dehydrated to .i drank lots of water and juice and took iron pills for energy. but at this time i am severly constipated.been taking laxatives for a week now.should i take a stronger laxative or go to the emergency? i have no insurance?

What is producing the constipation ,are the Iron pills.

Discontinue the consumption of the Iron pills.

People who are not diagnosed , with Iron deficiency,should not supplement Iron,taking Iron when it is not needed ,does no good and may cause problems.

If the problem ,continues,you will need to consult a doctor.

Reply to ALVARO's Post: i stopped taking the iron nine days ago.should i be taking something stronger?( laxative)i didn't have an appetite for 5 to 6 days after the virus .and my iron has been low for about 2years.
