weird periods

the last couple of days of my periods I bleed very dark and non pleasant smelling blood and the rest of the month I have white discharge that sometimes has an odor I also (after my periods) will get a very small (the size of a pea) red spot somewhere on my vagina it goes away in about two days and it stings a little when it comes in contact with soap it's flat it's not raised or crusty or anything just weird could this be herpes?
