My boyfriend last week had a mouth infection. It was painful for him and the Doctor was not sure what it was and gave him a mouthwash called Nystatin. It went away withing three-four days. Yesterday I noticed a white line on my vagina and it feels a little uncomfortable. Also my anus has been itchy for like a week and a half. I am afraid I have an STD can you please help me.

You could very well have a yeast infection as that is what they were most likely treating his mouth for. You should go to your local drug store or Wal-Mart and get some Monistat as this is what treats a vaginal yeast infection but you will also need to refrain from sexual intercourse until you know that neither of you are infected anymore if not you will pass this back and forth because from all you state it sounds like he had thrust and that is an oral yeast infection and now it sounds like due to your symtpoms you have now come down with a vaginal yeast infection so pick some of this up at your local store and refrain from sexual intercourse until you are finished treating this.

Not is it is how you are describing it although a test for al STD's is best but it sounds more like a yeast infection the way you are describing not only what you are seeing but also what he was being treated for as well.
