why am I having a period after each time I have sex ? weathe

Hello, The past couple of time I have had oral sex ,actually once when I had penetration sex too .. sorry .. I suddenly would start my period . Although it is not frequent when I have sex a few times a month .. I start to bleed and this includes just oral sex . I am 45 yrs old , just turned . do you think I have a yeast infection ? my lower back was aching just before my period started , lower back pain is something I do not usually experience.
