I have dark bloody cysts on the walls of the entrance to the vaginal, and on the inner vaginal lips. These started after a D+C, where I had an infection that was not treated for 5 weeks. I am sure, now, that I had a bacterial infection going into the D+C, as I had surgery for an anal fissure a weeks before, and I was using tampons, so I believe I gave myself a bacterial infection. The cysts started about 6 months later, and I had chronic bacterial infections after the D+C. The cysts contain runny dark blood. They pop easily, I will feel low level pain, and feel a lump and press it and the cyst explodes. The first cyst was large, the raised skin area was 2 inches long by 1 inch wide, and the blood was dripping from my fingers. The others have been smaller. I tried to have one that popped cultured, but by the time I got in to see my doctor it was healing. Have you ever heard of this?
