I have not been hungry but I know i have to eat so I do . When I eat I get sick to my stomach and feel as if I am going to throw up. I have been on lortab and nuerontin for 5 months. I have also had a low temperature for the last month. I had my blood tested for liver function and cbc but not for thyroid function. I have read that a side effect of the medication that I am on screws with thyroid. I have lost 8 pounds in the last week.

Hello

This can have several causes. It can be due to your medicines, it can be an ulcer, or an infection in your stomach or bowels. You will need to return to your doctor for further testing.

A blood test should tell if you have an infection, or if your thyroid is indeed effected.
