Metal Taste in Mouth

I have been feeling down for about 3 days, no fever just an upset stomache, headache and a horrible metal taste in my mouth. I have been getting pains in the right side of my body. I weigh 240 and am around 5'3. What is the metal taste being caused by and should I be concerned?
