Depression, infections, anemia are some of the causes.

Do you have any other symptoms?

I thought i had to pay for this so i closed out, sorry about that. I am diagnosed with depression for over 10 years and take Zoloft for it. However, the past 2-3 months i have been extremely tired and non-motivated. However, I WANT to be.. i sit and want to get up but the fatigue is so overwhelming that I can't. What type of infections could be the cause of this? Could this be CFS? I just had a physical and all the blood work came back fine (with the exception of High Cholesterol) - would that make a difference, i'm not overweight, i'm 5'3 and 134lbs. What would be the right most direct questions to ask my PCP about this?

Doctors often miss the diagnosis of CFS and also Fibromyalgia. Here is some info:
